1. Scope of Service

GradFund acts as an independent financial advisor helping students and co-applicants analyze, structure, and submit applications for education loans. We do not issue credit directly, nor do we guarantee loan approval, which remains at the sole underwriting discretion of partner banks.

2. Cost and Compensation

Consultations and document-processing facilitation provided by GradFund are completely free for students and parents. We do not add interest markups or processing fees.

3. Quotations and Indicative Rates

All interest rates, loan limits, moratorium details, and processing fees displayed on the website or discussed during consultations are indicative and based on active banking schemes. Final terms are binding only upon issuance of the bank's official Sanction Letter.

4. Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for providing authentic, complete, and accurate academic and financial records. Submission of falsified income proofs or title deeds will result in immediate termination of advisory support and rejection by underwriting cells.

5. Limitation of Liability

GradFund is not liable for underwriting rejections, bank delays, processing cell backlogs, or secondary financial losses arising from delays in visa processing or tuition payments.
